The global challenge

One in four people worldwide lacks safe drinking water

2.1 billion

people lacked safely managed drinking water in 2024

WHO and UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme for Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene (JMP), report of 26 August 2025

  1. Built does not mean working

A facility that never reaches its design performance does not solve the problem — even when it has been built and paid for.

  2. Waste costs money. So does heat

Industrial sites pay to haul their waste away — and pay again for fuel and heat.

  3. Acceptance by measurement

Parameters, laboratory and measuring points are agreed before trials begin. The lab report decides — not the datasheet.

The ECOTECH platform

Three solutions. One engineering principle

Every solution is described the same way: what goes in, what comes out, where it is measured and which document proves it. That makes our solutions comparable, combinable and scalable.

ECOTECHECOFILTER

EcoFilter · water

On-site water treatment — with before-and-after lab analysis

The modular unit integrates into an existing line. The oxidant is ozone generated on site; the filter element cleans itself during operation. The base configuration requires no continuous dosing of chlorine-based reagents or coagulants.

  • Ozone oxidation

Ozone is generated on site — no delivered oxidants.

  • Self-cleaning microfiltration

The element is cleaned during operation; backwash water is metered.

  • Digital log

Pressure, flow and backwash are recorded; sensors are selected for each site.

  • Integration without shutdown

Bypass, drain, sampling points and emergency stop are built into the design.

  • 01

    Wells and settlements

Iron, manganese, turbidity and colour in groundwater.

  • 02

    Ahead of reverse osmosis

Reduces the load on membranes — complementing reverse osmosis, not replacing it.

  • 03

    Industry and boiler houses

Process water tailored to each plant's flow scheme.

  • 04

    Municipal systems

Point-of-use polishing with residual chlorine monitored before and after.

ECOTECHECOMODULE

EcoModule · heat from waste

Turn on-site waste into local heat

EcoModule RM-1 is a high-temperature vortex reactor in a container. It is designed to produce heat for space heating and industrial processes from qualified carbon-containing waste.

  • Prototype built

Pilot-scale containerised RM-1 prototype; runs at our own research site.

  • Safety confirmed

Test report No. ФТ0921ПИ-3/117 of 30.09.2021: the design complies with Customs Union Technical Regulation TR CU 010/2011 “On Safety of Machinery and Equipment”.

  • Technical specification

ECOTECHECOCYCLE

EcoCycle · vision

Water, heat and site data — in one system

EcoCycle combines EcoFilter and EcoModule: raw water and qualified waste go in; treated water, useful heat and measurement data come out. For settlements, industrial sites, remote and off-grid facilities.

Complex inside. Simple outside.

Backwash water, ash residue and flue gases are metered separately

How we work

Measure first. Scale second

We don't sell promises. We offer an on-site trial with acceptance criteria agreed in advance.

  1. 01

    Understand the task

Water analysis or waste composition, target results, who uses the water or heat.

  2. 02

    Survey the site

Connection points, measuring points, power supply, residue disposal.

  3. 03

    Agree the programme

Parameters, methods, laboratory and duration — before any work starts.

  4. 04

    Install and measure

8–12 weeks of continuous operation with a series of samples taken by the laboratory.

  5. 05

    Decide on facts

We move to scale-up only once performance is confirmed.

A result counts as proven only after measurement and an issued laboratory report.
